Escalating environment threat: There are perpetual chances of risk due to environment dysfunction. The company output depends on various other allied systems which results in breakdown of organization. Security threat: the major threat to the company is in their security systems which can be caused due to advancement in technology. There is a need to build an advanced comprehensive security system to mitigate security related issues. People challenge: the employees of an organization can cause damage to the reputation of the company. A weak password creates a significant loss in information. Human errors are causing a significant amount of violation in the process Process challenge: the information system is subject to fluctuation which can cause a threat to the company. A successful security system depends on the framework of the structural procedures which helps in assisting the overall outcome. Technology challenge: technology advancement has led to significant amount of loss of secret information. There are maximum number of possibilities of threats due to hackers attack, hardware malware and the cyber-attacks in the system (Creating a brilliant Digital Future, 2016) The top five business priorities of Telstra are as follows: Telstra is focusing on customers promotion by listening to the customers queries. There priority is to provide customers with a world-class experience for which they are following Net process system. They focus on their core competency i.e. network superiority by giving their customers a perfect connectivity. Their prime goal is to create leadership in the telecommunication market. Their strategy is to enhance the overall business by creating opportunities where they can assure maximum growth by focusing on the core competencies. Telstra understand the need of its customers in the changing environment. It is rapidly changing according to its customer needs to provide the best experience in the competitive atmosphere. Sustainability is the aim of Telstra by focusing on the interest of its stakeholders and valuable customers. Their goal is to promote the social and environment sustainability. Telstra understands the importance of environment in sustainability. They are regularly trying to minimize the environmental impacts caused due to carbon emission (The way we work Telstra Business Principles, 2016). The porter five forces model help in assessing the threats which may be caused from the competitor. Telstra is focused on increasing overall customer experience in the field of technology by understanding the threats which can be caused by the new entrant. They are the best telecommunication company with minimum number of threats. The company is providing services to more than half of Australia which minimizes the threat of new entrant. They have a strong integrated communication system which has facilitated the company to combat with the other competitors. It has reduced the possibility of threats from the outsiders. Information technology is an important feature to improve the facilities to support the telecommunication system. Telstra has been focusing on improving its productivity by improving the technology experiences. Their strategy is to focus on providing the best experience to its customers by enhancing their network connectivity. Technology is changing with the global environment. Their vision is to commit their resources in utilizing the overall experience of the customers through technology advancement. Telstra has built a strong customers baseline by focusing on the strong network communication. The company has focused on improving its internal comprehensive system by enabling various anti- hacking softwares. Recently a minor software change has caused a threat to the overall network in the country. The company needs to collaborate in a significant manner to provide its customers with the better experience. Although the company is providing its 4G network to half of the Australia but it needs to focus on its core competency to achieve the competitive advantage over other networks. In the competitive world its very difficult to sustain without good strategies. In the presence of the various telecom companies which are consistently improving their quality of work by focusing on the business strategies. Telstra is continuously facing the serious threat to its security environment. They are facing major challenges which are caused due to advancement in technology. They are preparing a strong user interface to protect its customers from the network challenges. Recently the telecom company has faced an outage due to shut down of the internet system. It affected around 375,000 phones and internet users across Australia (Telstra NBN and ADSL customers hit by new network outage, 2016) Telstra is one of the largest telecom companies which is aiming on improving the experience of its customers by constantly improving the network system. They are focusing on high dynamics by continuously concentrating on the ongoing business strategies. The communication sector is crowded with various networks; every customer is trying to improve the overall experience by providing their customers with best facility. Blue ocean strategy is focused on providing their customers a facility which provides them with a cutting edge. Telstra is claiming to be the best telecommunication company by improving its services through introducing customer experience as per their experiences. Their loyalty program makes them one of the distinguished names in the field of networking. It has acquired a name due to consistent improvement in the services. They have their presence in almost all sectors which includes retail internet, subscription of television channels, advertising and providing entertainment content.
